The ELC is able to provide a variety of environmental and natural resources law services in Education, Research or Seminars on a fee for service basis. Any work that is performed must further the goal of the ELC by contributing to the development of sound laws that will protect the environment.
ELC lawyers have expertise in a number of areas including contaminated sites, fisheries, agriculture, assessment, air quality, energy, environmental education and regulatory matters.
Some examples of recently provided fee for service work include drafting conservation easements with respect to subdivision processes, contracts with governments or organizations relating to environmental legislation, policy review and presentations or seminars tailored to meet client's needs.
